We always look to offer our clients something special for their wedding receptions or romantic meals, and The Edge is definitely something very special! Chef Bobo Bergstrom and his team have created an excellent restaurant offering some renowned cuisine, a sushi bar and set in a very beautiful waterfront location in the heart of Rodney Bay Village.

We have recently eaten there with Isabella & Greg, clients of ours who were recently married here in St. Lucia. The location, the meal and the service were all exceptional. We were all very satisfied, and we know you will be too!

Some of the delights that you can choose from, at The Edge, include local, regional and international options, all with Bobo's unique touch. We'll make things simple for you by sending you menus from which you can choose your ideal menu for the evening. Here are a few examples of those menus. *All suggestions can be combined with soup or an additional main course for four to five course dinners.

Chef Bobo Bergstrom was Chef de cuisine at the Operakallaren restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden where he also cooked for the Swedish Royal family. He got his start waiting tables in a hotel, but found his true calling behind the stove. After training at Royal Viking Hotel, Stockholm and in Bern, Switzerland, Bergstrom cooked at a long list of illustrious hotels such as Bellevue Palace Hotel Bern, SAS Radisson Bergen Norway, Jalousie Hilton St Lucia and the Scandic Park Hotel Stockholm. Now Chef Bobo is one of the most celebrated chefs of the Caribbean, evidenced by the Taste of The Caribbean Chef of The Year title he received in 2003, and often requested and sought after as guest chef for TV and restaurants.

After three successful years as Culinary Director at one of the islands largest hotels, Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort, he now has found his place with a small and romantic restaurant on a stunning waterfront setting in the beautiful Rodney Bay. He has revamped the restaurant completely with his own design to fully take advantage of the location and to meet the expectations of a Caribbean fine dining experience on the highest level. He is dedicated to promoting the area's indigenous ingredients and have adapted the menus from the strict European hotel cooking of his background, to incorporate the home-cooking techniques of the island. Bergstrom’s intriguing fusion of European and Caribbean food with a touch of Asian cuisine ensures the visitors of St. Lucia will find the local food lives up to the beauty of their surroundings.

He has been compared with top chefs in the major cities in both the USA and England and continuously receives offers to open new branches in cities like New York, San Diego, London and Atlanta.
